Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) IDIQ

Period of Performance: 5-year base period |  5-year option period

T4NG is a Multi-Agency (MAC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) contract with a base ordering period of 5 years and one 5-year option period, with a program ceiling of $22.3 billion.  The contract is being managed by VA’s Technology Acquisition Center in Eatontown, New Jersey.

Capability Areas Supported:

Mind Computing provides IT services solutions as a prime contractor that includes the following functional areas:  program management, strategy, enterprise architecture and planning; systems/software engineering; software technology demonstration and transition; test and evaluation; independent verification and validation; enterprise network; enterprise management framework; operations and maintenance; cybersecurity; training; IT facilities; and other solutions encompassing the entire range of IT and Health IT requirements, to include software and hardware incidental to the solution.

Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) Partner

Period of Performance:  5 year base period | 5 year option period

Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR), is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule providing a department-wide vehicle for a broad range of general management and business support services and solutions. VECTOR consists of six groups of services:

• Group 1 – Management and Improvement
• Group 2 – Analyses
• Group 3 – Training
• Group 4 – Outreach
• Group 5 – Supply Chain
• Group 6 – Human Resources and Staffing

Capability Areas Supported by Mind Computing:

• Management and Improvement including program and project management, strategic planning, performance measurement, etc.
• Analyses, including studies, surveys, statistical and actuarial analysis, records information management, etc.

Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Partner

Period of Performance:  04/02/2018 to 04/29/2022

The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract is intended to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services as defined in FAR 2.101(b) and further clarified in the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. These IT solutions and services include, but are not limited to, health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. Mind Computing is partnered under the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Group of this contract in the following task areas:
